“Clear and dark”
A company in the field of manufacturing metal parts was searching for a servicing partner to mark specific heat-treated metallic parts.
The client’s problem:
Parts, made durable by heat-treatment, required durable captures without damaging the surface. As paintings can easily be worn off or can be removed with solvents, laser engraving seemed to be the right technology for the work. But regular laser engraving machines cannot mark surfaces being dark from heat-treatment.

With laser engraving dark, machined metallic surfaces still can be marked, however other technologies fail with such tasks.
